Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a joint process between the therapist and client. During individual sessions, our therapists will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan. The purpose of this plan is to build strategies that will help toward achieving goals through the collaborative effort of utilizing therapeutic interventions. The process is about healing and restoration.
EXPLORE OUR GROUPS
Group Therapy
We offer specialized therapy groups to help individuals build healthy coping skills, social skills, peer support, confidence, and self-awareness.
Group Therapy is the joining together of individuals and facilitator to share and receive support on the intricacies of life experiences. Within the group space, participants create connections with themselves and others, process deep-rooted feelings and beliefs, identify healthier ways to cope, and ultimately build a sense of community that offers the reassurance they are not alone in what they're going through. Group therapy is the platform for finding your voice, building confidence, and fostering hope in a relatable, compassionate environment.

Breathwork can improve your ability to focus and has been proven to reduce stress/tension. Our belief is strengthened in knowing that the breath is always available to us.
