Hope Lives Here Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to trauma-informed, community-centered care. As the outreach and impact arm of Hope Therapeutic Services, our work is rooted in the belief that healing is collective and enhanced through community. 

Through the Renew Framework, we create spaces where individuals, families, and communities can restore safety, build connection, and experience meaningful, lasting transformation.

We partner with schools to deliver social-emotional learning (SEL) programming that supports emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience in children and adolescents.

Through guided mentorship and community-based initiatives, we support youth and young adults in developing confidence, identity, and a sense of purpose.

Hope Lives Here would like to express our gratitude to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, whose generous grant through The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey allows us to continue providing mental health supports to individuals 60 years and older through our Hope Cares Program.

Hope Lives Here is committed to increasing vulnerable older adults access to mental health care by providing in/home and virtual therapy, to connect older adults to supportive services and benefits through case management and to increase older adults’ knowledge and access to supportive services.

This goal aligns with The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey’s mission to “expand access to health care, remove barriers to good health and increase opportunities for everyone to achieve their best health, no matter who they are or where they live.”

Hope Lives Here would like to express our gratitude to the Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey, whose generous grant allows us to continue our work providing school-based mental and behavioral health support to students, as well as workshops and training to staff, through our partnership with Cicely Tyson Elementary School.

Hope Lives Here understands the benefit and impact of offering in-community, accessible mental health care for communities with limited resources and difficulties obtaining mental health services. The work that Hope Lives Here will continue to do greatly aligns with the HealthCare Foundation’s efforts to “elevate the quality of community healthcare, reduce disparities in access, and promote the infusion of compassion and humanism into our healthcare system”.
