This group creates the space to let you know you are not alone in what you are experiencing. Being a teen is hard and the goal within this group is to create deep connections with others while building skills to cope with difficult days, find moments to recognize the little joys in life, better manage emotions as they arise, and explore how healthier decision making can lead to a happier and more peaceful life.

Challenging Family Dynamics -
A Group for Adult Children Virtual

Fridays 12:30pm-1:30pm

As adults, we sometimes find ourselves exploring how our childhood experiences and overall upbringing have impactfully shaped who we are today. Some of these experiences may have also influenced the relationship we currently have (or do not have) with our parents and caregivers.

This space is intended to be an opportunity for adult children to share experiences related to difficult family dynamics and how this continues to impact the way in which we view ourselves and others, communicate with our parent/caregiver, take responsibility for feelings of ourselves and others, as well as learn ways to better take care of ourselves on both the hard days and days that bring joy. This group is an opportunity to release, rebuild and reconnect.

This group has a max participant number of 8-10 individuals.
