Hope Lives Here Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and the sister company to Hope Therapeutic Services.
Hope Lives Here is a new initiative that supports adults, adolescents, and youth in New Jersey through psychoeducational therapeutic support groups, in-home and virtual mental health therapy, case management and supportive services. Hope Lives Here was created after realizing the need for therapeutic support goes beyond therapeutic clinical sessions but extends and has been found to be successful within the community. The purpose of Hope Lives Here is to provide support for older adults to help seniors overcome isolation, barriers to care and provide them with access to services that improve their overall health and wellbeing. Hope Lives Here is the self-development component of Hope Therapeutic Services, a community-based mental health service provider that has successfully served more than 2500 individuals since 2016. Hope Therapeutic Services provides individual therapy, couple’s therapy, group therapy, family therapy, EMDR, breathwork classes, yoga therapy, Intensive In-Home therapy (IIC), In home mental health therapy to older adults, mentorship, and consulting. Our longstanding history of successfully serving vulnerable populations in a treatment-based capacity has inspired the creation of this new initiative to deepen our community impact.

Hope Lives Here would like to express our gratitude to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, whose generous grant through The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey allows us to continue providing mental health supports to individuals 60 years and older through our Hope Cares Program.
Hope Lives Here is committed to increasing vulnerable older adults access to mental health care by providing in/home and virtual therapy, to connect older adults to supportive services and benefits through case management and to increase older adults’ knowledge and access to supportive services.
This goal aligns with The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey’s mission to “expand access to health care, remove barriers to good health and increase opportunities for everyone to achieve their best health, no matter who they are or where they live.”
