The Renew Program Intensive is our signature 10-week trauma-informed experience designed to help individuals reconnect with their true selves, release burdens of the past, and step into a renewed life of purpose and peace.

Guided by evidence-based therapies—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and holistic movement practices—this program integrates psychological healing with deep soul care. Inspired by the belief that we are all created for wholeness, the Renew experience offers a safe and nurturing space where individuals of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities are welcome.

While our program is grounded in the heart of spiritual connection, it is not limited by any single spiritual path. We hold space for each person’s unique relationship with faith, healing, and growth. Whether you come with a strong spiritual foundation or simply a desire for inner renewal, you are embraced here.
